- Mid-April 2009 – Status notification to all authors. Provision of final paper guidelines to those selected
- 15 May 2009 – Conditionally accepted paper resubmission/Full scientific paper submission
- 3 August 2009 – Final technical/scientific paper submission deadline
- 3 August 2009 – Speaker Registration Deadline
