Proposals must be received by 12 January 2009!
You will be requested to provide the following information:
- Choice of topics and subtopics (Please refer to the Call for Papers, list on pages 5-6, for example 1.A.)
- Proposed Session title
- Organisation and organiser coordinating the Session, including clear contact details for the latter
- 400-words maximum description of Session content as a full text
- Name of moderator, job title, company and country
- Names of 4-5 potential speakers, job title, company and country
- Details of any Special Interest Session on a related subject presented at previous Congresses
Please note that only a limited number of Special Interest Sessions can be organised. You will be notified by mid-April of the outcome of the selection procedure. Speakers and moderators of the accepted Special Interest Sessions are requested to register and pay accordingly for the Congress.
